1. Promotion to the next class won't be granted if student falls in two subjects at the final exams (Applicable upto Std. Vill only).

2. All cases of doubt regarding promotion are left entirely to the discretion of the Principal be Parents must not come for reconsideration once the decision has been given.

3. Group discussion with the Principal, Vice Principal or Teachers is not allowed for the same.

4. A students failing for two successive years will have to be withdrawn.

5. The student failing to complete 75% of attendance in the class in an academic session will not be given promotion.
